1. General
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with TURKAN AYDEMIR Acısu Mah. Zeytinlik Cad. SS. Latin Yapı. Koop. No : 4/2BKartepe Kocaeli Turkey, hereinafter referred to as “gautribe.com”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the gautribe.com website, mobile website, or mobile application.
By using gautribe.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
Only persons of legal age, 18 or 20 years, or older depending on your place of recidency, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in capacity as a company, with a physical address in one of the countries that gautribe.com provides deliveries to can place an order.
The terms might be amended from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on gautribe.com at the time you place your order.
Gautribe.com want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services runs like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the gautribe.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.
Gautribe.com constantly checks the accuracy and up-to-dateness of the information available on the Site. However, it should be accepted by Members and Users that this information may not always be up to date.
All intellectual property rights of the Site (information, texts, pictures, brands, slogans and other signs, page layout, etc.) on the site are exclusively owned by gautribe.com. Partial or complete copying, modification, publishing, sending, distribution and sale of the intellectual property presented on the site by using online or other media will be clearly and unequivocally against the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Selling Works and will be subject to civil and criminal sanctions.
The member is obliged to use the credit card securely. Gautribe.com is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise due to breach of contract, tortious act or other reasons.
Gautribe.com may terminate this agreement without notice, transfer it partially or completely, at any time. The transfer of the contract by the user or member is void.
Gautribe.com has the right to remove the Site from publication and change its content due to force majeure or entirely at its own discretion and evaluation.
Members accept, declare and undertake that the passwords given to them are exclusively given to them, that they will not share these passwords with others under any circumstances, otherwise they will be responsible for any damages and losses that may arise. Gautribe.com is not responsible for determining the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the member while applying for membership. Gautribe.com has no legal responsibility for any damages that may arise due to incorrect membership information.
Gautribe.com reserves the right to take all kinds of security measures, including preventing users from accessing the Site and canceling their membership, who violate the Site Terms of Use and the rules mentioned above, and to take legal action against violators, if necessary.
Including, but not limited to, any kind of computer viruses, trojans and similar malicious software (malware) that may be exposed due to the use of the Site, the use of data and information presented and provided on the Site, the behavior made on the basis of this data and information, or access to the Site, gautribe.com has no legal or penal responsibility for any and all direct and indirect damages, losses, damages and/or losses that Users, Members or other third parties may suffer for any reason. 2. Prices and delivery charges
The prices displayed at gautribe.com does not include a delivery charge and VAT.
The price does not include import taxes or custom duties. Import taxes/custom duties will be charged by your carrier at delivery and gautribe.com does not compensate these charges.
If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market extra fees will be applied upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
The delivery charge for each order my vary, depending of the packaging or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. For more information regarding delivery cost please contact [email protected]. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in store and online may vary.
3. Ordering/conclusion of contract
Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. Gautribe.com will fulfill the order in accordance with the email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you and ask you to contact gautribe.com customer service who will settle the refund.
4. Delivery
Gautribe.com exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.
Gautribe.com endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 3-7 business days following confirmation of an order. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

5. Return Policy,
All products of gautribe.com eligible for return, exchange, or refund (with no reasons) up to 14 days (included) upon product's delivery. In-stock products are expected to be delivered within 14 days in EU and 20 days to the rest of the world.
FINAL SALE: Discounted or on sale products (including Black Friday sale merchandise) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Sale products are only eligible for exchange up to 14 days (included) upon the product's delivery.
Eligibility
Returned merchandise must be in its original state (in original packaging, with all accessories and certificates if available), deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective as described to be accepted for a refund.
• Please kindly be informed that, you should check your GAU apparel’s fit, before opening battery module pack. We are unable to accept product change requests if the BMS (Battery Management System) pack has been opened.
• Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund within 15 business days of the notification if your request is approved.
• All lingerie purchases are non-returnable / non-refundable due to hygienic reasons
• Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
• The original shipping fees, custom duties and insurance are non-refundable.
• For Light Up collection items, gautribe.com requires, handling, processing & restocking fee of 10% from purchased price, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.
Steps for Returns/ Exchanges
Please strictly follow the return/exchange procedure, we reserve the rights to refuse returns for items that we don't receive, do not meet hygiene and health regulations or are no longer sellable for other reasons.
Once you contacted us, we will send you a simple protocol/ guide to follow.

Shipping (4-12 Days)
Note: The actual delivery time might be different from the estimated due to several reasons, such as shipping volume, destination distance and holidays etc.

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund within 10 business days of this notification if the process goes through.

Customs, Duties & Tax Information
Please kindly be informed that, all applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Your package is delivered as DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Gautribe.com is not collecting VAT, taxes, or duties for international (outside of TR) shipping. If order requires additional charges, these additional charges are under customer’s responsibility to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Gautribe.com.
Customs authorities require that, the value of your order should be stated directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
If you wish to return your order, please provide us with notice in writing either by post, preferably by using the pre-printed return form in your parcel, or by sending a letter to gautribe.com Customer Service, please contact Customer Service. You can also provide us with notice by filling in and submitting the standard form issued by your local Consumer Rights Authority. You will have to return the item(s) to us as set out in section 6 (Returns) below within the 30 day period set forth in section 5.1 above. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.
If the item you have received is defective, please notify gautribe.com promptly and return the item in accordance with section 5 (Returns) below. Gautribe.com will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
6. Payment methods
You can pay for your goods as set out below.
Payment before delivery
Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched.Gautribe.com reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks. Please note that any applicable bank charges will be borne by you.
Please note that we are unable to accept gift cards and merchandise cards as forms of payments via gautribe.com
You will receive the legally required invoice document in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
7. Our Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit gautribe.com's liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
Gautribe.com is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on gautribe.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
8. Colours and measurements
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
An item’s measurements given on gautribe.com are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.
9. Guarantee
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, gautribe.com abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by following Steps for Returns/ Exchanges.
10. Assignment
Gautribe.com reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which have arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.
11. Severance
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
12. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at gautribe.com remain with Turkan Aydemir GAU textile and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of gautribe.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of gautribe.com.
