How do I charge my GAU?
Insert the battery management module into a power source. The battery’s red light will turn on and flashes. Once the light turns off, the battery is fully charged. The battery usually takes 1-2 hours to charge.
How do I light up my GAU?
Reach into the battery pocket (usually located on interior panel), place your battery management module into the pocket and plug in the power cord to the battery. For Multicolor garment coming together
with white battery management module, connection is USB. For mono-color garment and lingerie’s coming with black battery management modules, connection is Micro USB.
Locate the little button on the battery management module and press to turn, the garment turns on and illuminate. For GAU lingerie’s please locate the small battery management module under the zipper
on interior panel of the belt. Locate little black button on the battery module to turn on and illuminate your belt.
Do I need the GAU App?
Yes, if you receive a white Bluetooth battery management module with your garment you definitely need the GAU App to control your GAU. Below are the links for the download. For garments which comes with black battery management and lingerie’s you do not need to download the GAU App. Your black battery management module supports three different glowing modes, full glow mode, blink mode and flash mode. You can shift between modes by pressing the single button on your battery module anytime.
How Long Does the Battery Last?
Depending on temperature, the battery will last up to 4-6 hours. This estimate is based on test of color changing modes which are the most commonly used. Different color lights have different energy consumption. For
single lights, red lasts the longest for 12 hours, bright white lasts about 4 hours straight.
GAU product comes with a rechargeable USB battery, (some also with wireless remote) and you can control the lights with your IOS or Android GAU Apps!
Is there a risk of electrical shock? Does it heat up?
There is absolutely no chance of electrical shock because all items are powered by low voltage batteries (3,7 V). Optic fibers also have closed ends, so there is a very low chance of electric conductivity, even when splashed with water. The material does not heat up, even when lit for prolonged periods. It is completely safe.
Can I wash my GAU?
We kindly note that, your GAU apparel is not designed to be washed in any kind of washing machine, hand wash or dried in any dryer machines and ironing. Please see instructions on cleaning label inside your Apparel. To clean, please first be sure that you have removed battery modules from your GAU Apparel. Your GAU Apparel can be wiped gently with soft wet towel by using liquid washing detergent. If drying necessary, please place your GAU Apparel on a dress hanger and let it dry in shade. For detailed cleaning, please place your GAU Apparel on a dress hanger Spray entire apparel inside and out with warm water mixed with washing detergent in sprayer bottle. Kindly let your GAU apparel wait 20 minutes, and gently rinse with warm water. To make your GAU Apparel dry, please place it on a dress hanger and let it dry in shade.
How bright are the products?
GAU products are super bright in the dark, creating a luminous, glowing experience.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, there is a one-year warranty on all our products on damage not caused by the user.
Can I switch it on and off? Can I program the colors?
Yes, all of our battery powered products include an on/off switch on the battery pack that lets you control when your items are lit up.
Which colors are available?
With our continuous effort, you now have all the colors in the world with a simple touch on your smartphone screen - with the GAU App.
Is the color visible in broad daylight?
Yes, the optic fibers shine is visible during broad daylight, although the luminosity is greatly diminished.

YES, we ship internationally! As long as you have us the right address, we will deliver you the experience of a lifetime! Are there any handling requirements for optical fiber products?
This material has the same flexibility and strength as other synthetic fabrics. However, fiber optics should be folded parallel to the direction of optic fibers. If you fold the product perpendicularly to the flow of the fibers, there is a risk of damage.
