We recommend following these guidelines preserve the beauty of your glowing GAU bag, 
•   Be careful not to scratch or rub your product against abrasive surfaces, especially the leather trim and glowing surfaces. Please handle with care to avoid breaking the light-carrying surface material.
•   Protect your GAU bag from humidity and keep it away from direct sources of heat, such as heaters, radiators, and car interiors under the sun in summer. Please kindly be informed that operation temperatures for your GAU bag are between -10 to 50℃. Exposing your GAU to higher or lower temperatures will cause permanent deformation.
•   Please kindly be advised that you should charge your GAU battery module timely when the lights are getting dim.
•   When not in use, store the item in the dust bag provided with your purchase. Do not store in high temperatures, high humidity, or unventilated areas.
•   To clean your GAU, use a soft cloth, dampened with slightly soapy water. Never use solvent
•   Avoid contact with hand cream, hand sanitizer, make-up, and perfume.

All products of gautribe.com are eligible for return, exchange, or refund (with no reason) up to 14 days (included) upon the product's delivery. In-stock products are expected to be delivered within 14 days in the EU and 20 days to the rest of the world.

Eligibility 
Returned merchandise must be in its original state (in original packaging, with all accessories and certificates if available), deemed to be unworn with tags attached, or be defective as described to be accepted for a refund. 
•   Please kindly be informed that you should check your GAU apparel’s fit, before opening the battery module pack. We are unable to accept product change requests after the BMS (Battery Management System) packaging has been opened.
•   Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will initiate a refund within 15 business days of the notification if your request is approved.
•   All lingerie purchases are non-returnable / non-refundable due to hygienic reasons 
•   Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send to the address that our customer service provided.
•   The original shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance are non-refundable.
•   For Light Up collection items, gautribe.com requires, a handling, processing & restocking fee of 10% from the purchased price, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you.

Steps for Returns/ Exchanges
Please strictly follow the return/exchange procedure, we reserve the right to refuse returns for items that we don't receive, do not meet hygiene and health regulations, or are no longer sellable for other reasons.
Once you contact us, we will send you a simple protocol/ guide to follow. 
Step 1: Send in video/ photo proof for products integrity 
Step 2: Receive our return shipping address 
Step 3: Update package shipping information by emailing us 
Step 4: Product passing inspection at our shipment center
Step 5: Receive a refund in your bank account! / Exchange item shipping information!

Customs, Duties & Tax Information
Please kindly be informed that all applicable customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Your package is delivered as DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Gautribe.com is not collecting VAT, taxes, or duties for international (outside of TR) shipping. If an order requires additional charges, these additional charges are under the customer’s responsibility to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Gautribe.com.
Customs authorities require that the value of your order should be stated directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny the release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
